SHIPPING POLICY

RANIA ships all orders from our worldwide distribution center in Richmond Hill, Ontario CANADA. Please note that packages are shipped on business days only. Orders placed after 12 pm EST are processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on the weekend.

RANIA also sells through authorized Distributors in the Beauty and Hair Industries. If your order was placed through them, please contact them directly for shipping options.

**Currently we are only offering STANDARD shipping on all orders, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty of delivery times.**

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. RANIA is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. By law, RANIA must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from RANIA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to RANIA offices in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that picking there may be variations in color when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened RANIA Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Exchanges will not be accepted past the thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Please contact us at info@raniahair.com to process your exchange.

 

Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Exchanges can only be made for identical type and length of hair in a different color. Opened merchandise will not be accepted.

 

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

 

Customers will need to contact us and provide a tracking number for the package they are sending back. RANIA will not be held accountable for lost packages. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from RANIA Hair, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
